Graduate Developer (Summer 2018 intake)

Associate Developer, Sunderland, £18,000-22,000 + £1,000 end of probation bonus

Developer roles are based at our offices in Sunderland but willingness for frequent travel to client sites around the UK is essential.

The Role

You will participate in the design, development, testing and support of software applications, both internal and external, working with colleagues in both the UK and the US. Team members will be helping to grow Saggezza's global competency in agility, and will work directly with the head of the line of business in order to pilot new programs, to prove out new methods and techniques, and to spread knowledge throughout the organization. 

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an entrepreneurial and bright 2:1 candidate with an innovative mind and a passion for the technology industry.

We are looking for someone with the following professional skills:

  • Recently Graduated in a computer science or IT related degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the .NET Framework (C# preferable)
  • Object Oriented Development
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery
  • Understanding of Linq and/or other database query/access methods from within object-oriented applications
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio
  • Skilled in interpreting and applying technical data.
  • Experience of working in client-facing environments or as part of a project team is desirable
  • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
