Associate Recruiter

Saggezza is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our growing team in Chicago. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for aiding in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and staying up to date with the latest technologies in the IT industry. This is a fast paced, constantly changing and always exciting business.  Recruiters must be able to juggle multiple tasks, daily. While the recruiter is required to have a strong initiative and self-direction, results are achieved through people, so an appreciation of individual’s needs and motivations is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, salary negotiation and extending offers
• Recruit for roles such as front and backend Programmers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Project/Program Managers, and Quality Assurance Analysts
• Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals such as Dice, Career Builder and LinkedIn
• 2-4 years professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential
• Should be a self-starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk
• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• Technical Recruiting experience is preferred
