Saggezza is seeking a qualified, passionate and energetic individual to join us as a software programmer on our software development team.

With a good understanding and hands on experience in application development and web services, the role holder will also have a strong understanding of SDLC, as well as have experience in application deployment, code coverage and writing unit test cases. The ideal candidate would be able to take on challenges and work with employees of various levels.

Essential Education and Experience:

• 0-10 years of programming experience in any of the following languages – Java, C++, Python, C#
• Bachelor degree, preferably in science, maths or statistics
• Able to write optimized, modular, object oriented code
• Strong analytical ability to understand and write algorithms for analytical & mathematical problems for e.g. different types of sorting
• Strong experience in object oriented concepts, garbage collection, collections framework, multi-threading & generics
• Very strong competence in OOPs concepts, design principles and design patterns
• Good knowledge of and able to apply best practices
• Hands on experience working with Database Query
• A good understanding of Spring and Hibernate
• Experience in developing unit tests and expanding unit test coverage
• Effective communication to clarify requirements and provide the solutions to the customer as per the requirements
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Functionality
