Developmental Trainer (Human Capital Learning)

Saggezza is looking for an Associate Developmental Trainer (Human Capital Learning) to join our growing organization full-time in Chicago. This person will be responsible for the design and implementation of training programs within our organization. The Developmental Trainer will focus on administrative and planning tasks, development of training guides, implementation of new training workshops, and the conducting of training schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all New Hire Training for college graduates
  • Responsible for the coordination of all company training's
  • Research and development of new training's and workshops within the organization
  • Collaboration with global training teams to assist as needed
  • Working closely with the Director of Human Capital to create level by level training guides
  • Prior experience in a technical consulting environment is a huge plus

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an organization development, leadership development or training role required
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Thorough knowledge of organizational development, change management theory, principles, and practices
  • Hands-on experience with employee training and development and change management initiatives
  • Experience building course content, conducting classroom training, assessing training effectiveness, and building/leading courses that are both soft-skill and technical in nature
  • Prior experience with coordination, training and coaching related to performance management
  • Working knowledge of a learning management system is preferred
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to communicate with clarity and purpose, in a manner that is both collaborative and productive
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust with employees
  • Strong team orientation and experience with integrating and partnering with Human Resources staff
  • Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and handle training and development needs from coordination and support to delivery and analysis when needed
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
