Are you a sales-oriented extrovert? Do you enjoy working directly with clients and being solutions-oriented for their needs? Are you technically inclined and enjoy a fast paced environment? Saggezza is currently looking for a Sales Specialist to work directly with one of our largest clients as a sales liaison between the client and our technical teams. You would be continuously selling our services on various projects, as well as leveraging specific consultant billability, with our client. You would work closely with internal hiring managers and essentially be a “Saggezza Evangelist”; represent Saggezza’s brand on a daily basis.

This Sales Specialist will play a significant role in the business, managing business development and delivery objectives - all in regards to this specific client. This role requires a results-driven individual focused on customer satisfaction and the expertise to lead the overall relationship with the client. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must be comfortable with weekly commutes to the Chicagoland suburbs, in order to visit client sites. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in the sales profession with experience selling services within the technology industry
  • Must be extroverted, aggressive, and have a sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to establish trust with clients and build and maintain an ongoing, positive relationship
  • Responsible for managing bill rates with contractors, closing SOWs and selling Saggezza’s services
  • Ability to identify and develop new project opportunities by understanding the client’s business needs and consulting with them
  • Desire to be on-site with the client, create successful relationship and having the proven ability to quickly recognize business needs
  • Negotiation skills necessary to maximize profits, reduce costs and minimize risk
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently while closing projects
  • Problem solving with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions for any business problem or opportunity that arises
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidate must be a self starter, thrive in a fast-paced /dynamic environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Have access to a car in order to drive to Chicagoland suburbs on a weekly basis
