Salary £17,000 - £19,000 (Graduates) (depending on skills & experience) + bonus

We are now recruiting for recent Graduates and Associates to join our team at Saggezza with immediate starts available!

If you are an entrepreneurial and bright individual with an innovative mind and a passion for the technology industry recently graduated from an IT related discipline, we want to hear from you! Or perhaps you at least 1.5 years experience in a similar role we also want to hear from you!

The Role

Our Graduate & Associate Analyst roles involves a range of client-centered activity and provides a platform of experience relevant to a variety of future career routes. Analysts up-skill in all forms of development and programming by working on a variety of different projects, requiring knowledge and application of a variety of programming languages. They also provide document development and composition expertise for effective document analysis and documentation, creation and delivery of test plans and workflows. Our analysts also work directly with clients to build consulting skills and work as part of UK and US project teams to meet high quality deliverables.

You will be an entrepreneurial and bright candidate with an innovative mind and a passion for the technology industry.

Graduate & Associate roles are based at our offices in Sunderland, but willingness for travel to client sites around the UK and internationally is essential.

We are looking for someone with the following professional skills:

  • Recently graduated in a computer science or IT related degree or 1.5 years equivalent experience.
  • Experience with object oriented development
  • HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript/JQuery
  • Understanding of database query/access methods (such as SQL) from within object-oriented applications
  • A personal interest in technology and software
  • Experience of working in client-facing environments
  • Experience of working as part of a project team

Evidence of the following will also be beneficial:

  • Understanding and knowledge of software design patterns
  • Experience of software development with an object-oriented programming language and framework
  • Developer aspirations
  • Web development / design
  • Software testing
  • Requirements analysis
  • Functional Specification
  • Use of an IDE
  • Experience of document analysis and composition
  • Experience in GMC Inspire, HP ExStream, Pitney Bowes Software (DOC1 and EngageOne platforms)
