Director of Client Services

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the overall relationship management between Saggezza and one of our specific clients based out of Scottsdale, AZ. You will focus on day-to-day activities and ensure that Saggezza is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Saggezza resources. You will also be responsible for all aspects of business consulting with that client, from fostering the client relationship to advocating client business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business processes that support the Saggezza services used by our clients. (Support includes directing development efforts, client communication, and client engagement.) 
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to meet and exceed goals such as client satisfaction, retention and service guarantees. Drive Saggezza/client engagement.
  • Provide general oversight and management for client relationship.

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years’ progressive experience in a client services or client support role within the technical consulting industry, with 5+ years’ supervisory/management experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
